Executive Sales Secretary

Egypt - Giza

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and agreements.
- Prepare weekly, and monthly reports to the department manager when needed.
-Update sales team daily reports regarding (sales records, team visits, cash collected, etc.) daily.
- Receive and validate sales team requests according to the company's standards.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Support the sales team for proper inquiries.
- Retain good working relations with existing stakeholders/partners.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible


Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the same jobProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)Fluent in EnglishBasic research methods and reporting techniquesManage customer inquiries and ensure all requests are handled efficiently and professionallyExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and time-management skillsAbility to work under pressure, independentlyFemales only And no more than 35 year
