Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any replenishment needs to management.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and product offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Contribute to the overall success of the kiosk by actively participating in team meetings and offering feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:ALL NATIONALITIES ARE WELCOMEPrevious retail experience preferred, especially in accessories or fashion.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transactions and inventory management.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers find the perfect accessories.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of fashion trends and accessories is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required.
