Executive Secretary

●  prepare presentations or reports as assigned
● Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping
● Attend meetings and keep minutes
● Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
● Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
● Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
●  negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
● Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible


Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the same job Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)fluent in English  basic research methods and reporting techniques Manage customer inquiries and ensure all requests are handled efficiently and professionally Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and time-management skills Integrity and confidentialityAbility to work under pressure, independently
