  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Portray good command of concise planning to meet the company's recruitment demands.
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
  • Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
  • Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

  • Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • Exhibiting thorough knowledge in corporate recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred)
