What You will Do
- Develop, implement, and drive People plan and HR Strategy for your organization.
- Partner with management team to work with Organizational Development & structure, ensuring the organizational structure supports the business strategy.
Analyze trends/metrics to identify problems & develpo HR Solutions/programs/policies for the assigned business.
- Provide advice and consultation to the Leader on a broad range of human resource issues to meet the organizational requirements.
- Drive motivation and career development actions, build the right capabilities and succession plan for the organization through Performance, Talent Management, Learning & Development program, and Rewards & Recognition.
- Performance management guidance to the business’s management personnel through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Involve actively in organization change management activities.
- Lead and be an ambassador on shaping organization culture.
- Support transformation projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Set and follow up diversity and inclusiveness targets to support our Shape Living for the Better purpose
- Ensure compliance to all relevant human resources legislative and regulatory requirements and ensure that all managers and front-line supervisors are suitably trained.
- Deal with Code of Ethics compliances in respective area, investigating the cases and drive solutions for each case.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
- Supervise, Develops, and activate security plans for securing and guarding the sites and stores
- Standardize all administration and service activities across all factories in Electrolux Egypt
- Manage all external affairs and deal with the legal authorities for all activities related to the industrial operations
10-15 years of HR experienceinto the manufacturing/ plant setup.- Ability to look at processes critically and challenge status quo- Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.-Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience-Strong Logical and analytical thinking.-Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment-Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity
