- Installing and configuring server spare parts
- Ability to detect defective server spare parts and replace it
- Install & Configure Microsoft Windows Server
- Install & Configure Microsoft Active Directory and design the DNS
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving Server software or application faults (Antivirus, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Handle multiple installations in parallel and different stages of implementation
- Support Excel Systems customers either onsite, over the phone, or remotely
From 2 to 3 years of experience. Giza residents, preferably. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Information Systems.MCSA knowledge and certification are pluses.Good understanding of the TCP and IIP protocol.Strong networking knowledge: IP, DNS, IP routing, SwitchingGood knowledge of Microsoft Visio and how to use it to create network diagramsHigh problem-solving skills.
