Sales Operation Sprcialist

  • Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing teams.
  • Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.
  • Prepare and follow up on IT arrangements and technical Support.
  • Follow up on the Company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
  • Follow up on reports of sales team with their managers.
  • Record, update and following up on CRM Database.
  • Track teams’ data entry and Keep customers information up to date.
  • Ensure that data isn’t false duplicated or missed entirely.
  • Ensure daily Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly.
  • Identify & analyze potential new data/ problems through navigating the system daily and report to the management.
  • Suggest / Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to develop reports.
  • Understand users’ performance.
  • Record, Oversee, Track, and maintain the activities updated in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
  • Extract data from Odoo system to support efficiently the daily operations for the Sales and Marketing departments through effective reporting.
  • Introduce, educate, and train new users on using the system in a completely right way.

 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 2- 5 years’ experience in operations (preferable in real estate).
  • Decision taker.
  • Strong personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Proficient user of computer-related software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • Communicate effectively, maintain cooperation, and display professional attitude with clients/customers, coworkers, and management.
