Handover Operations Executive

  • Assists and provides full support to the Property Handover team.
  • Manages and handles daily office work.
  • Performs general administrative duties, which include issuing letters, Handover documents and upload all on system, filling, etc.
  • Acts as the Property Handover Administrator and forwards all the service requests, Emails received to the concerned persons and departments.
  • Raises purchase requisitions for the Property Handover team if needed.
  • Documents, records and takes charge of documents requiring the Manager’s approval and keeps a copy for record purposes.
  • Performs all other relevant tasks assigned by the Property Handover direct Manager.
  • Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
