As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our subscription-based services, leveraging your expertise to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead by studying competitors’ pricing models, discounts, and marketing strategies.

Trend Spotting: Identify trends and opportunities to refine our subscription offerings.

Pricing Strategy: Develop and align pricing structures with each app’s unique features and target audience.

Content Briefing: Guide the content team to craft compelling messages and value propositions that highlight subscription benefits.

Daily Monitoring: Oversee in-app messages and notifications, ensuring seamless communication.

Problem Solving: Collaborate with specialized teams to swiftly resolve display or publication issues.

Marketing Coordination: Sync with the marketing team to harmonize subscription strategies with broader marketing efforts.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly KPIs to assess the impact on subscription sales.

User Engagement: Address user inquiries and complaints, striving to boost satisfaction and retention.

Innovative Thinking: Continuously propose creative ideas to attract new subscribers and enhance sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Subscriber Growth: Track and aim to increase the number of new subscribers each month.

User Interaction: Monitor and optimize user engagement with in-app messages to drive conversions.

Efficient Problem Resolution: Ensure quick and effective responses to subscription-related issues.

Commitment: Meet deadlines and demonstrate dedication to achieving subscription goals.


- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role within the mobile app industry, with a strong focus on subscription-based services, pricing models, and user engagement.- Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Firebase, and Google Analytics.- Language Skills: Arabic & English- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
