- Support the top management in setting the departmental chart and deliver the final approved chart to the HR team.
- Follow up on maintaining, updating, and creating all the JPs and implement them to all team members.
- Create, develop and follow up on implementing all the HR Polices & Procedures to maintain continuous improvement in HR processes according to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Review the analysis made for the manpower plan and the staffing needs to set the recruitment plan and follow up implementing the recruitment plan.
- Oversee the preparation of the PMS/KPIs forms for the newly added/changed job titles in the approved organizational chart and follow up their implementation.
- Oversee the recruitment plan implementation through internal transfers or external hiring to ensure that the Recruitment is implemented on time with the needed qualifications.
- Review the candidates’ issued job offers to ensure that the salary scheme and benefits are aligned with the company’s grading system.
- Review the issued contracts for all newly hired team members to be signed and added to the employees’ data base in addition to all the HR needed documents.
- Review the monthly payroll sheets to ensure delivering the salary to the bank on time.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Ensure legal compliance with all internal & external legalities throughout human resources management.
