Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Site Engineer to join our dynamic interior design company . This role focuses on home finishing projects ( villas & apartments)  ensuring that all aspects of the design are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and site engineering, with a keen eye for interior design details and finishing. Experience at the same field . 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
• Supervise and manage site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Site Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all construction activities comply with design specifications 
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or discrepancies on-site, providing solutions promptly.

3. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all finishing work, including flooring, painting, cabinetry, and other interior elements.

4. Technical Expertise:
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
• Ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications on-site.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
