  • Lead & supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.
  • Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Suggest and organize team building activities

Experience in Real Estate is a must Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Not less than 3 years of experience in the same position.Good PC skills, especially MS ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsDecision-making skillsBachelor Degree.Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plusExperience with real estate developersA well awareness of Fifth settlement.Professional Attitude & very good communication skills.Owning a car is a must.
