1. Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives of the organization. This involves analyzing target audience, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance, optimize as needed, and analyze results to measure effectiveness and ROI.
3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets. Ensure content is engaging, SEO optimized, and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.
4. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website or landing pages. Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and inquiries, and track key social media metrics.
5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility in search engine results pages. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and stay updated with search algorithm changes.
6. Data Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and achieve KPIs.
7. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources to different channels and campaigns based on their performance and potential ROI. Track expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.


 Bachelor's degree in Equivalent occupation.Min 5 years experience with food and beverage+Real Estate background is a must.Proven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementAge: Max 40 years old.Location: October and Zayed
