Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Engineering is a bonus- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LED lighting or related industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
