Responsibilities:
1.Indirect Cost Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of indirect costs across departments and projects.
Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in indirect cost structures
2Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development and monitoring of indirect cost budgets.
Provide input for financial forecasts related to indirect expenses.
3Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction.
Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of indirect cost management
4Cost Saving Initiatives:
Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce overall indirect expenses.
Monitor and assess the impact of implemented measures.
5.Compliance and Reporting:
•Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
•Generate reports on indirect costs, presenting findings to senior management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in financial analysis and indirect cost management.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.Experience with cost accounting systems “ SAP ERP “ Familiarity with indirect cost rate calculations.
