Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Recruit Both Blue-collar and White-collar. 
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Analyze labor market trends to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand and prioritize the company's staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-depth face-to-face interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools that can enhance recruitment efforts.

 


Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.2-5 years of recruitment experience.Familiarity with various interview and assessment methods.Strategic thinker for developing and implementing recruitment strategies.Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.Proven experience to recruit both Blue-collar and White-collar.Experience in developing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
