- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities as it relates to technology, partnership and events
- Gather and analyze partnership agreements implementing tactical list of marketing deliverables to be executed
- Create reports on marketing metrics such as but not limited to social media, email campaigns and SEO analytical reports on a daily, monthly and or quarterly basis
- Assist marketing leaders with organizing promotional room, event, and/or food and beverage activations
- Assist marketing leaders with the marketing design to create advertising material
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Management of digital reputation through 3rd party channels
- Social media strategy with responsibility for digital reputation management, brand awareness as well as to generate inbound leads with a promotion and engagement strategy to produce a foundation for conversion
- CMS knowledge to assist marketing leaders with weekly, month and quarterly audits of vanity sites and brand.com
- Customized PowerPoints templates

- Strong writing and communication skills.
- CMS knowledge
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Canva, and social media enhancement apps.
- Builds a close alignment with on-property, regional, and brand marketing teams.
- Successfully executes the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
