• Develop visually appealing short-form and long-form videos that align with our brand and project goals.
• Use creative storytelling techniques to produce compelling video content that captures and retains audience interest.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team to provide input on video projects, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new video concepts and improve existing ones.

Learning and Development Engagement

• Actively participate in the team’s learning and development processes.
• Present topics on video editing, content creation, and related subjects during internal workshops and meetings.
• Attend external workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in using various video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.

Visual Elements Integration
