We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist with a personnel focus to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with extensive knowledge in the areas of social insurance, labor office, emp. attendance & scheduling, leaves, employment contracts management, and all other personnel tasks & responsibilities.
1- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a suitable related field.2- HR Diploma or equivalent.3- Proven working experience as an HR Specialist with at least 5 years in the same role.4- In-depth knowledge of personnel processes, social insurance and labor laws.5- Knowledge of the SAP HR module is a plus.6- People-oriented and results-driven.7- Strong communication and interpersonal skills8- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and organize work according to priorities.9-Good English language and Microsoft Office are a must.
