- Define project stages and the objectives and costs associated with each stage.
- Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and negotiate the release of these resources with operational managers
- Coordinate projects across the company to determine project objectives and timetable and to ensure that all objectives are met within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Maintain regular contact with operational managers and external contractors to define the scope of projects and the resulting implementation plans.
