  1. Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Oversee the accounting procedures to guarantee the timely submittal of monthly and annual financial statements (reporting) to Management

 

  • Manage the annual financial audit in in compliance with IFRS and avoid material adjustments.
  • Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place. 
  • Reviewing and verifying invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Recording and tracking all expenses and payments made to vendors.
  • Communicating with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Reconciling accounts payable transactions and ensuring that all payments are properly accounted for

  • Communicating with Tax Consultants in Egypt on a monthly basis and ensuring that all filings are in accordance with Egyptian law
  • Recording all intercompany invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is present, and performing periodic reconciliations for all Partner-related outstanding.
  • Maintaining Customers Database with pricing & contact details in SAP to ensure timely order booking & invoicing
  • Preparing manual & pro-forma Invoices  and dispatching them to the customers
  • Covering letters and monthly invoice dispatch to the Banks & Monthly Billing clients
  • Customer cash and bank receipts posting in SAP
  • Monitor banking activities of the organization. 
  • Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs;
  • Maintain of the inventory of all fixed assets,
  • Ensure the organization will not miss expenses in the profit & Loss.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of all GL account.
  • Oversee and manage the revenues and expenses recognition,
  • Oversee all the corporate processes and policies and make sure the implementation of any new one;
  • Anticipate and correct problems in advance
  • Drive effective internal and external communication interactions.
  • Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission
  • Demonstrates efficiency when executing duties. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with international colleagues.

 

 

  1. Minimum Qualification and Experience

 

  • Graduate – 5 to 7 years of financial experience with the day-to-day financial operations of medium-large size corporations; 

 

  1. Competency Requirement

 

  • Experience with an international corporation preferred;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • SAP experience a strong plus

 

  1. Other Requirements

 

  • Working Hours – Sunday to Thursday 
  • Egypt Public Holidays will apply
