Export Sales Specialist

  • Exploring new markets for export.
  • Receiving potential clients inquiries for export.
  • Preparing export offers according to client needs and the company's procedures.
  • Negotiating prices, payments, and delivery terms.
  • Coordinate with the production department to insure timely orders delivery.
  • Contacting and negotiating shipping offers with shipping companies.
  • Follow up on export payments and collections.
  • Evaluates export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
  • Ensures the delivered products comply with each country's rules and regulations.
  • Communicate with the Marketing, Supply Chain and finance departments to enable an efficient export process.
  • Follow up on logistical operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.
  • Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with the Export Manager.
  • Visit potential markets (overseas) and conduct prescheduled meetings with potential clients.
  • Attend exhibitions related to the industry in Egypt and abroad.
