- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting
- Assist with employee development and training initiatives
- Manage employee records and HRIS systems
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
