- Coordinate with the Area / Product Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.).
- Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, saturation, and collection track record.
- Provide localized support to other sales representatives as required.
- Prepare required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper self-time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%).
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments in commercial vehicles and on competition.
- Identify and develop relations with new customers.
- Ensure efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc.
- Nurture the company’s relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility.
- Remain up-to-date on customers’ plans and projects, and develop the customer account through multiple-selling (deep pocket approach).
- Ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provide order status updates to customers.
- Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business or equivalentRequired Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales position preferably in the automotive industry.Very Good in English Language
