### Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be the pioneering HR professional in our company, responsible for setting up and managing all HR functions. This role is crucial for someone who can operate independently and has a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including a strong emphasis on recruitment.


 

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Staffing:** Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing to final selection.

- **Strategic HR Management:** Establish HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

- **HR Planning and Development:** Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of overall business operations objectives.

- **Advisory and Leadership:** Serve as a strategic business advisor regarding key organizational and management issues.

- **Succession Planning:** Work with executive management to plan management succession that aligns with company strategies and objectives.

- **Compensation and Benefits:** Develop and implement comprehensive plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

- **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.

- **Training and Development:** Oversee talent development, including training initiatives and leadership programs.


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.- Minimum of 6 years of HR management experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and strategic planning.- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage HR initiatives and personnel.- Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies, with a strong legal acumen regarding employment laws and regulations.- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable with emerging workplace technology.
