- Sourcing new sales opportunities and establishing new business awareness of company projects and markets to increase revenue by conducting sales presentations and meetings.
- Negotiate with the client, prepare technical and financial proposals, and then send the offer to the customer if the customer technically meets the requirements.
- Analyze potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities.
- Carry out market research to develop strategies and roadmaps for sales of the company’s products and to secure more business relations.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools to effectively develop business opportunities for the company.
- Manage design and pricing assignments with the tendering department from inception to completion.
- Build and foster a network of referrals with contractors, consultants, brokers, and interior designers to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, and presenting proposals entirely and professionally, according to company standards.
- Produce billing documentation, conduct customer walk-throughs, and collect payments if necessary.
BSc/BA in Architecture Engineering, or relevant fieldMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in architecture or design field.Proven working experience as a business development engineer, sales engineer or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Time management and planning skills Excellent command of English.
