Export Manager (GCC, North Africa, and South Africa) - Chemicals and Additives for Ceramic Tiles, Sanitary Ware, and Table Production

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and establishing contact with customers in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries, as well as North and South Africa, who are interested in purchasing chemicals and additives used in the production of ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and tableware. As an Export Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales in the GCC, North Africa, and South Africa regions.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers in the GCC, North Africa, and South Africa regions, including manufacturers of ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and tableware. Utilize market research, industry databases, and other resources to identify new leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct regular communication with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, negotiate terms, and address any concerns or inquiries.
3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities within the GCC, North Africa, and South Africa regions. Analyze market dynamics, identify potential growth areas, and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers. Highlight the key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our chemicals and additives.
5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Work closely with the legal and finance departments to finalize contracts and manage the necessary documentation.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and the status of ongoing leads and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights for management decision-making.
7. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
8. Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products, expand the network of contacts, and generate new leads.

We are looking for a highly driven individual with a proven track record in export sales, strong knowledge of the ceramic tile and sanitary ware industry, and a deep understanding of the GCC, North Africa, and South Africa markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Proficiency in English and any additional languages relevant to the target regions (Gulf Cooperation Council countries, North Africa, and South Africa) is a strong advantage.4. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the export market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, North Africa, and South Africa. Familiarity with the ceramic tile, sanitary ware, or furniture market in these regions is preferred.5. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and reach mutually beneficial agreements.6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong connections with clients, distributors, and stakeholders across different cultures and backgrounds.7. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, identify potential areas for growth, and develop strategic plans to maximize sales and market penetration.8. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations, create persuasive proposals, and effectively communicate complex information to clients.9. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations and customer satisfaction.10. Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations within the target regions.
