Main Job Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them the concerned employee or department.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Bachelor’s degree & Proven experience as receptionist or front desk agent.Females only.Excellent Command of English & MS Office Package.Professional attitude and appearanceExcellent organizational and communication skills.Presentable appearance and attitude.Customer Service attitude.Multitasking & time managment skills with ability to piroritize tasks.
