Technical Sales Engineer / HORECA Sector

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services, including features, functionality, and applications. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers as needed.

Solution Development: Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their unique needs. Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to customize offerings as required.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and other sales documents in collaboration with the sales team. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical specifications and pricing information.

Post-Sales Support: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support. Address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and competitive insights to inform product development and sales strategies. Provide input on pricing, positioning, and promotional activities to maximize market penetration.
