  • 1- Contact potential or current customers to inform them of a product or service
  • 2- Answering questions related to the products or the company
  • 3- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • 4-Direct potential customers to the field sales team when needed
  • 5- Enter and update customer information in the database
  • 6-Receiving orders and processing them in an accurate manner
  • 7- Dealing with grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • 8- Arranging appointments for client interviews and visits.
  • 9- Developing a network of social relationships and cooperating with customer data sources.
  • 10- Knowing the reasons for customer objection and dealing with objections.
  • 11- Reaching monthly and annual sales goals and exceeding them if possible.
  • 12- Gain new customers in addition to developing long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • 13- Attending periodic sales management meetings and presenting and analyzing data on sales activities to improve results.
  • 14- Sending weekly reports on sales and the status of each customer to the sales team leader.
  • 15- Monitoring competitors’ activity and the services that competitors provide to their customers and the best ones currently.

1-Previous experience in Decoration field2- Familiarity with the arts and skills of selling.3- familiar with psychology.4- The ability to collect and analyze information.5- Computer proficiency.6- Good communication skills.7- Tast and the ability to persuade.8- Ability to solve problems.9- The ability to negotiate and remove concerns.10- The ability to manage time effectively.
