Training & Development Associate

Egypt - Cairo

The Training and Development Associate plays a key role in improving the partners’ performance through creative learning techniques, interactions and methodologies. He/She will be in constant synchronizing with the Quality Assurance Department and the Operations Department to identify training needs, execute his/her training plan and administer training sessions with utmost priority. His/Her training will be measured with KPIs and reports to ensure the value added.


Primary responsibilities

  • Train shops on company policies, operating procedures & customer service protocols
  •  Maintain the database of all trained shops employees
  • Track improvement & progress expected after the training and report the key findings and suggestions to the Operations team
  •  Maintain constant communication with shop management to ensure shop performance is reported in a timely manner
  • To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
