Organize the Daily operation of all Utilities machine. (HVAC, Purified water & Water for injection plant, Air Compressors, Electric Diesel generators, Incinerators.)

 Apply troubleshooting for all utilities machines.

Follow up the monitoring with recording for all utilities equipment and provide effective service for building management system.

Good ability for fast Mechanical and Electrical maintenance & trouble shouting.

Prepare the preventive maintenance plan for all utilities machines.

Ability for design and development HVAC System for production area.

Prepare AutoCAD drawing for all production requirements.

The ability for best distribution his staff depends on required work.

Execute all the GMP rules and guideline with his staff.

Prepare SOPs of operation and maintenance for utilities equipment.  

Implementation of the corrective action taken through the internal Audit.

Prepare all the required spare parts of utilities equipment and follow it until arrive at the warehouse.

Provides day-to–day directions on operations and monitoring of utilities machines.

To be aware of the policy of QHSE by following and applying it.

Reacting according to his task in an emergency plan.
