- Create digital marketing strategy and KPIs in line with the company’s objectives.
- Build social media strategy through platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks.
- In charge of the end-to-end implementation and roll out of campaigns with the internal and external stake holders.
- Measure and report monthly performance of all digital activities (vs. agreed KPIs).
- Responsible for the performance and content of all thedigital assets.
- Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Develop brand presence through digital channels.
- Continuously evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Evaluate emerging social media platforms andtechnologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies / partners.
Minimum 5 years digital industry experienceDemonstrable experience leading / managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns as well as programmaticmarketing.Strong analytical skills / data-driven thinking as well as solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends etc.)Working knowledge of ad serving tools.Must have strong knowledge in building an online community.In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms (incl.best practices).University degree
