We are looking for oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Interior Design, who will deal with the design from conceptual development to managing and executing the design.
Interior Designer Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion.
- Outline client design objectives and define project requirements (brief).
- Create mood boards and sample boards.
- Interpret and translate customer needs into plans.
- Putting various options for the client to meet his expectations.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Participate in the design drawings, the production of tender documents.
- Determine cost and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Participate in tender action and tender returns evaluation.
- Work closely with construction team to ensure design fulfillment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.2 - 5 years experience in similar role.Previous experience in banking, commercial and adminstrative sectors is a must. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.Proficient in Revit is a plus.Advanced freehand sketching skill is preferred.Advanced communication, presentation , problem-solving, and teamwork skillsHighly creative, imaginative and artistic.Very Good command of English
