- Oversee the receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes for finished goods and raw materials in assigned section.
- Ensure warehouse associates follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Conduct cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Review inventory records and reports to identify discrepancies or supply/demand issues.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and transportation departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvements or worker feedback.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, scheduling, assigning duties, and monitoring performance.
- Address associate grievances and maintain personnel records.
BA degree in relevant field.3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office specially Excel.Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to operate material handling equipment like forklifts.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
