  • Effective communication with the company’s customers with coordination through customer service team leader whether directly, via phone, via the Internet, e-mail, or various means of communication... and focusing on achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the company, whether during the process of selling the final product or internal and external maintenance operations.
  • Coordination and continuous follow-up with the customer service team and all the company’s departments and divisions to ensure that the sales and maintenance of products are completed at the best level on time.
  • Follow up on the completion of the sales, production and delivery of products to customers, through coordination and follow-up with all relevant parties.
  • Providing accurate information at any time about the current implementation status of the products requested by customers
  • Submit any comments related to non-compliance with providing services and products to customers in the appropriate time and format to the direct manager for coordination and immediate solution with the relevant parties.
  • Responding to the new tasks needed.

A degree in business management, business administration, or a related field.Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.Attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent Follow up skills.Negotiation and persuasion skillsExcellent organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Excellent in English (written & Spoken).Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skillsGood Problem solving and Very Good communication skillsMultitasking personMale only
