We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will act as a bridge between our employees and our HR Management Team. This role will address issues raised by current employees and new-hires, while organizing and scheduling orientations and coordinating other HR functions such as training and development. This role will also focus on ensuring that HR processes and documentation are meeting legislative requirements.


As Human Resources Coordinator, You Will…Prepare orientation electronic new-hire packagesEnter new hire data into internal HR systemMaintain records and overall integrity of employee record filing systems, ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are metEnsure HR processes meet legislative requirementsVerify completion of all new hire documentation, follow-up with employees and ensure that proper documentation is receivedEnsure all background security checks are completed and report or escalate results accordinglyRespond to HR communicationsMaintain HR spreadsheets and databases ensuring information is accurate and monitored regularlyWork collaboratively with various departments and all levels of employeesPerform administrative aspects Please share your CV to: +917659852615 Brawny Sam Karzee
