-Generate long term relationship with Direct corporate clients.
-Close follow up with existing customers to maintain high renewal ratio.
-Continuously update market and competition knowledge to increase market penetration.
-Represent Allianz at events if needed to promote the company presence and business development.
-Ensure communication between Allianz and our customers.
-Present periodical reports and statistics to illustrate DHU unit results.
-Ensure continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
-Result orientation and entrepreneurial view, i.e. apart from production targets expense and bottom line orientation is required -Good market knowledge of the insurance industry -Leadership capabilities, including motivating, challenging and supporting all direct and indirect reports -Dynamic and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines
