-Generate long term relationship with Group medical key accounts
-Make sure to have high persistency renewal ratio on our key account's portfolio
-Continuously update market and competition knowledge to increase market penetration
-Make sure to have at least one visit for each key account per quarter
-Ensure communication between Allianz and our key customers
-Present periodical reports and statistics to illustrate key accounts results on quarterly bases
-Ensure continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance
-Follow up on premium collection/ additions and deletions & any other requirements for key accounts.
-Result orientation and entrepreneurial view, i.e. apart from production targets expense and bottom-line orientation is required. -Good market knowledge of the insurance industry -Leadership capabilities, including motivating, challenging and supporting all direct and indirect reports. -Dynamic and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
