•Independently handle full set of records accurately and deliver on time.
•Review supplier's invoices and verify its validity, prepare payments to various.
•Handle local matters, includes but not limited to business license, finance, taxation and bank accounts topics.
•Support month-end closing and year-end closing.
•Conduct and support internal and external audit, annual inspections of company.
•Reconcile daily cash activity and prepare all necessary entries for corporate bank accounts.
•Support fixed asset, retail, general accounting and accounts payable initiatives. •Assist in periodic closing processes, ensuring
transactions are in accordance with guidance from parent company and internal policies and procedures.
•Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and reporting as assigned.
•Preparing monthly clothing entries.
•Preparing monthly financial and sales reports.
•Preparing monthly tax (VAT) report and quarterly withholding tax.
Beholder degree in finance / accounting3 years of experience in middle-level finance or accounting positionPervious experience in the retail field is must Excellent Ms-Office ERP system is preferred
