* Achieving goals through coordination with the relevant departments.
Creating raw materials request plans for each project so that they are coordinated with the warehouse management and production management to know the amount of available stock, safety limits, and usage rates, so that it has accurate information about the quantity of needs that the purchasing department must provide on the specified dates.
* Creating monthly plans for the factory, following up on their implementation, indicating the verification rate, and developing plans for supply, labor needs, and raw materials.
* Create a projected plant load plan in terms of identifying the production equipment needed to achieve the plan.
* Follow up on the progress of production operations to ensure that the products are completed on time.
* Issuing reports and analyzes of the operating orders uploaded to the factory.
* Intervention when there are problems that hinder the implementation of the production plan on schedule
* Preparing and applying quality standards and criteria and the ISO 9001 system to the various components of the production process and following up on their implementation and evaluation.
