  5. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering expert advice and guidance.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase furniture products effectively.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  10. Stay updated on new furniture trends, designs, and industry developments.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  12. Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking merchandise and conducting inventory counts.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in furniture or home furnishing industry, is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts.Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
