- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Studying the market and determining the key trading market players/ sellers which we will consider as benchmark.

- Develop a database of leads through referrals, face to face meetings, cold calls, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Liaise with Finance, Technical & operation teams for any sales-related or client-related issues
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Handle customer`s requests and complaints.
- Responsible of generating leads in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and UAE
- To liaise and coordinate the sales operation with the Third-party logistics partner regarding shipment to customer, proof of delivery (POD), and queries on delivery.
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role and preferably in the IT/digital transformation industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Lead Generation and Market Research Experience.Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Writing business proposals experience.Knowledge of Odoo system is a must.
