Manage all fleet maintenance activities by planning, evaluating and supervising buses & passenger cars including periodic maintenance & overall, unplanned and documents procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency of company fleet serviceability policies and procedures.

Overseeing the maintenance operations of a fleet comprising trucks, buses, and passenger cars. The primary objective is to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the fleet through effective preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, controlling maintenance expenses within budgetary constraints while upholding high-quality standards. Supervising repairs in service centers, vendors, and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize repairs, and optimize efficiency.

Documents procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency of company fleet serviceability policies and procedures.

• Monitor daily cars serviceability to ensure smooth and safe Operation of company fleet services
• Manage Preventive Maintenance to identify and address potential issues, minimize downtime
• Analyze maintenance performance metrics, downtime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and mean time to repair (MTTR)
• Develop annual maintenance budgets based on historical data, projected expenses, and organizational goals.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and well repaired to increase vehicle availability and efficiency.
• Managing GB Auto Fleet in/out movement to SCs, Fleet diagnosis process. . .
• Determine the repairs needed and following up repairing process.
• Tracking the warranty periods and negotiate the good-well deals. 
• Negotiate local warranty and prepare the third phase of Oracle
• Recommend strategies to minimize downtime of vehicles and provide cost effective outcomes. 
• Negotiate SCs quotations and calculate GB Auto Readiness.
• Plan and Ensure that all vehicles doing the periodic maintenance on time. 
• Achieve the trucks BUSES/PC CARS/CENTRAL UNIT  SOPs required KPI’s related to maintenance / serviceability  .
• Planning, designing and implementing fleet maintenance studies, sets goals for section or department.
• Establish Fleet maintenance guidelines and make recommendations for improvements.
• Identify and track Fleet Department KPIs and initiatives for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective plans for Fleet standard procedures. 
• Lead and develop people through selecting, observing, training, motivating and evaluating staff performance to ensure meeting function objectives.
