- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the outpatient department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient flow, minimize waiting times, and enhance the appointment scheduling process.
- Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments, physicians, and staff to enhance interdisciplinary teamwork, resolve operational issues, and improve patient care outcomes.
- Maintains a continuous customer satisfaction level to all patients by preventing or handling their complaints.
- Provide leadership and supervision to OPD staff, ensure proper staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and provide necessary training and development opportunities.
Bachelor degree of Medicine .Postgraduate study in Hospital Management is must .Previous experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in an outpatient department.Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records systems.Understanding of patient care processes and patient service principles.
