Responsibilities:
Developing Maintenance Procedures: Formulating effective maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation.
Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Electrical and Hydraulic Systems: Checking electrical and hydraulic systems in buildings to ensure functionality.
Repair and Installation Oversight: Planning and overseeing repair and installation activities.
Workload Allocation: Allocating tasks and supervising upkeep staff.
Equipment Inventory: Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Expense Management: Tracking expenses and maintaining control over the maintenance budget.
Contractor and Service Provider Relationships: Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
Maintenance Logs: Keeping detailed maintenance logs and reporting daily activities.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Requirements and Skills:Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar managerial role.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and other relevant technical aspects.Facilities Equipment: Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.Education: BSc Mechanic Power or Electro mechanics
