  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware or software issues.
  • Repair and replace damaged computer and network components.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Support employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation on a regular basis.
  • Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
  • Do other related job tasks as required.

Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant.Strong adequate experience in a relevant industry or field.Experience:From 0 to 2 years of experience as IT help desk.Full technical ability and proficiency with the relevant software and hardware.High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.Ability to integrate well into teams & work towards achieving team results.Ability to communicate and interact within departments to achieve the desired results.Shows continuous improvement by taking initiative and accepting responsibilities.
