  • Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment in onboarding processes.
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.

Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or executive administrative assistantPrevious experience in customer support, customer experience, and Customer Service.In-depth understanding of office management and daily operationsHands-on experience with MS Office, and Software systems.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's Degree HolderAdditional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
