Required qualifications

Ability to work under pressure

At least five years of experience in the same position on Saudi systems

Preferably someone with a human resources diploma

Functional tasksAt least two years of experience in using Saudi government electronic websites such as: Social Insurance - Muqeem - Qiwa - Labor Office - Mudad - Tam - Hadaf - Jadarat - Chamber of Commerce - Ajeer - Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. Various recruitment sites, for example (Linked in - Bayt)Working on the Odoo ERP systemAt least 5 years of experience working efficiently on Microsoft Office programsPreparing and reviewing employment contractsPreparing job offersMaking flight reservations - hotel reservations - car reservationsThe ability to sort and review resumes and exclude unsuitable onesMedical insurance: Requesting offers from companies - and comparing them - and the ability to work on the websites of different insurance companies, including adding, deleting, and following up on company invoices.Follow up on leave balances for employeesWorking on attendance and departure devices and preparing their listsPreparing and reviewing salariesAlways ensure that work is in accordance with company policies and Saudi labor law
