- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Revise on the costing sheet & Qs of the projects based on the variations & omissions occurs during the project.
- Study all the project documents; drawings, BOQ, Project Specifications, Contract and Tendering inquiries.
- Preparing and submitting variation orders analyses for Client approval.
- Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Monitoring and control budget during design & Construction phases.
- Preparing and reviewing Subcontractors contracts, negotiating with subcontractors to reach to the best Contracting price according to Budget.
Bachelor's degree in civil / Arch engineering.(Construction experience ) is a must.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.Strong analytical skills
